I was referred to Josh Tillery of Roofing Consultants by a neighbor who just recently had roof damage from a fallen tree. He had used this company two years ago for a roof replacement and was going to use them again to fix the damaged roof. Josh stopped by the next day to assess my roof and give me a quote for Atlas Pinnacle class 3 impact shingles. I choose Roofing Consultants after receiving several more roofing quotes. He lived near by and seem very genuine and knowledgeable. His company had replaced several roofs in my neighborhood.

Once the contract was signed the work started almost immediately. Willy and his crew arrived at sun up and worked most of the day in the blazing heat. They were a hard working bunch and completed the roof replacement by mid afternoon. The cleanup was great and they protected the plants surrounding the house. Jared was the point of contact during the process and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.

The whole process was completed with my complete satisfaction. Andrea in the office took care of filing for my warranty and filled out and sent the required paperwork to my insurance company for my discount for buying class 3 impact resistant shingles. I highly recommend Roofing Consultants.

We couldn’t be happier with our new roof! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Skye Farrington and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and communicated with us every step of the way. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid attention to every detail.

The quality of their workmanship is outstanding, and they left our property spotless when the job was finished. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.

Replacing a roof is a major investment, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable roofing company that delivers top-quality results. Thank you for exceeding our expectations—we absolutely love our new roof!

Skye was very helpful since the first day he came to our door. He always communicated with us with updates immediately as they were happening. He made sure we understood every process. This was a nice experience for us and we'll recommend Roofing Consultants.
The day the roof was being replaced was when we met José and the team and they were very efficient and thorough in being sure they did a great job and took care that nothing on our property was damaged.

**** My Experience with "The Roofing Consultants" ****
##### Initial Contact and Inspection
I was contacted by Jared and Skye, representatives of The Roofing Consultants, who offered to inspect my aging roof for potential hail and wind damage. They were already working in my neighborhood, coordinating other roof replacement and repair projects. The inspection was provided free of charge and with no obligation. Although the estimated repair cost was well below my insurance deductible, I was impressed by Jared and Skye’s professionalism, expertise, and their low-pressure approach. They gave me ample time and space to consider my options and make an informed decision about replacing my roof. Given the roof’s age, I realized it was time to proceed with the project. The owner, Josh, prepared a competitive quote, listened to my concerns, and answered all of my questions, including those about attic ventilation, a topic in which he demonstrated considerable knowledge.
##### Project Scheduling and Communication
After signing a contract with The Roofing Consultants, I was fortunate that they could schedule my roof replacement within a week. Jared and Skye continued to serve as site representatives, keeping me informed about material deliveries and confirming the project’s start date and time.
##### Roof Replacement Process
My roof covered more than 70 squares, and Josh’s plan involved mobilizing a crew large enough to remove the old roof, install the new one, and complete a thorough cleanup—all in one day. A team of 12 arrived at first light on Thursday, removing the old roof within two hours. By noon, they were installing new shingles, and by 4:30 PM, the new roof was completed. Despite the long day, the crew remained diligent, ensuring all debris, including shingles, underlayment, and nails—was picked up and disposed of properly.
##### Quality of Work and Crew Performance
Throughout the day, I observed the work in progress and was particularly impressed with Willy, the crew foreman, and the entire team’s craftsmanship and skills. The crew operated as a well-oiled machine, with each person clearly understanding and performing their responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
##### Recommendation
If you are considering a roof replacement and want the job done right, I highly recommend Josh and The Roofing Consultants above all others.

Josh Tillery, owner, answered a request for quotation with a personal list. The work was for two houses and a large garage. The quotation was prompt and accurate. All work was completed the same day. The new roof looks terrific. We found a total of three nails in the yard, and all other debris was removed. I especially liked that the stand pipes and vents were painted to match the roof.

We are more that happy to have found this company for our roofing needs. Scott Adams took time out to come to our home and give us a great estimate. He was also on hands during the installation in case we had any questions or concerns. The crew worked like a well oiled machine and cleaned up every left over scrapOur home looks sooo good with the new roof. Thank you Scott for your kindness and hope to see you in the future. After I called, Josh came out the same day to look at our roof. He is very knowledgeable about roofs. Josh took time to meet the insurance adjuster which we appreciated a lot even though the insurance company did not pay anything.
The roofing crew showed up early, worked all day and finished our roof in one day. Before they left everything was cleaned up. They went around with magnets picking up nails. We were pleased with the roof, looks nice, and have had no problems. Roof was installed August 2024

We needed a total roof replacement and I was referred to Josh at Roofing Consultants by a neighbor. Josh met with me and was very knowledgeable about various roofing materials and the materials that would be best suited for our house. Once I was approved by the POA, Josh had all the materials ready, permits from the city, and was ready to start within a week. All roof removal and replacement of new materials was completed the same day. Our new roof looks amazing!!! I’m very grateful that my neighbor referred me to The Roofing Consultants, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services.

Josh and his team are very knowledgeable did a great job on roof replacement when a tree hit the corner of the house even offered to come out that night to cover and check out damages. They pointed out things we didn't even know where wrong on a roof that was recently replaced by (that other cheaper company). Got the whole roof replaced by the insurance even decided to get them to redo the facia and soffit did a great job. I will never trust anyone else besides the Roofing Consultants from now on. Even recommend them to my parents now.

I cannot praise this company enough. I want to especially call out Jay Davis for service well beyond expectations. Wes & Josh (the owner) receive very high marks as well. The crew worked diligently & professionally. They even left my yard cleaner than it was when they started. The whole process was handled extremely professionl & as pain-fee as possible. A new roof is very expensive but from initial inspection, insurance assessment to execution all 3 of these gentlemen kept me fully informed & worked smoothly minimizing the stress. They all went above & beyond.

Good Christian people!!

James was referred to me when I had a roof leak, and I’m so glad I reached out! He was beyond helpful with navigating my insurance claim, communicated with me every step of the way, was competitive in pricing while using the best quality products, and replaced our roof with a skilled team in one day!! I can’t say enough great things about James and his company! I’ll be referring all of my friends and family when they have roofing needs.

I'm absolutely thrilled to share my experience with the repairs done at my house about a month ago. I can't express enough appreciation for David V. and John C.'s exceptional work in coordinating with contractors and insurance adjusters to restore my home to its former glory.

Right from the start, David impressively met with the insurance adjuster to accurately assess the damages caused by the recent hail storm. He identified issues with my roof, gutters, and fence, and the insurance agreed with his expert evaluations. Then, together with John, they sat down with us at our house and drew up a contract, which was refreshingly simple and straightforward.

Throughout the process, they demonstrated utmost care, protecting the pool, landscaping, and outdoor furniture while working on the roof. Once the roof was done, they brought in skilled contractors to replace the fence, meeting all the requirements set by my HOA. John even went above and beyond, making sure to include a rot board at the bottom of the new fence and using top-quality cedar pickets, even though it cost more.

The new gutters they installed were noticeably thicker and larger than my old ones, indicating the level of attention and commitment they put into the project. I must say, the end result exceeded my expectations. They left my property looking pristine, as if no roofing crew had ever been there.

I can't emphasize enough how pleased I am with the work and, equally importantly, the personalized service that David and John provided. It's challenging to find roofing companies that you can truly trust, rely on, and deliver on their promises. Thankfully, I found one, and without any hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Roofing Consultants to anyone seeking a referral. They epitomize professionalism and genuine care for their customers. My sincere thanks to them for making this entire process a breeze and for giving me a beautifully restored home.

Josh came out and inspected our roof, show me pictures of the damage and explained in detail what we would need. I was impressed and after my husband asked him a couple of questions we knew this was the company for us. Josh is honest and his crew did a great job. We highly recommend The Roofing Consultants if you need work done to your roof.

I normally don't write reviews, but Josh and his employees at The Roofing Consultants earned this one! I'm going to start with this: If you need a roof repair done, you can't beat the integrity, quality, and speed this company provides. No hidden fees, no surprise extra's, and work that went beyond my expectations of quality. The work supervisor while on the job identified a non-working chimney from an old hot water heater and suggested we remove it since it was an unnecessary penetration through the roof - he did it at no additional cost. Josh and Brad provided a clear estimate, completed the job within one day, and then worked tirelessly with my insurance company to sort out payment they were withholding - he handled them with patient professionalism and never once hassled me.

I wish all contractors operated the way this company does!!! Thank you, Josh and Brad,!

In the past, several other roofing companies have tried to help us and promised much, but in the end, nothing happened. However with The Roofing Consultants things were different. They took pictures of roof damage, they sent the information to the insurance company, and when the insurance adjuster came, The Roofing Consultants pointed out the damage to them. This time things were much different. Everything just worked. This time the insurance company was willing to pay out. The entire new roof went up and was finished by 3 PM. It looks great. The Roofing Consultants also scheduled a painter to paint two ceilings that had water damage. The ceilings also look great. The Roofing Consultants treated us very well. They were honest, fair, very helpful, very patient, and not pushy. They bent over backwards to help us. I highly recommend The Roofing Consultants and would use them again in a heart beat!
